The main reasons are that:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-core-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"block-core-list-item\">\n<li>A further strengthening of transmission capacity between Sweden and Germany risks leading to increased electricity prices in southern Sweden and further increasing price differences within Sweden.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-core-list-item\">\n<li>Price formation in northern Germany is not accurate and a strengthening of transmission capacity should not take place until this is remedied through, for example, a division of Germany into bidding zones.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-core-list-item\">\n<li>An increased capacity to other countries reduces the room for connecting new consumption in the area, as Svenska kraftn\u00e4t must guarantee that 70% of Hansa Power Bridge is available for export.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-core-list-item\">\n<li>Power adequacy in southern Sweden should primarily be met with dispachable generation capacity in southern Sweden and not with more international connections.
